Our clinical mass spectrometry laboratory is equipped with a variety of chromatographic equipment and mass analyzers, including multiple high-resolution accurate mass instruments. We provide specialty clinical testing for therapeutic drug monitoring and clinical toxicology, with both quantitative and qualitative LC-MS methods. In addition, we have developed several LC-MS methods for a wide range of studies, and we are able to develop custom assays on a contract basis. We primarily work with blood or urine specimens, but we have the capability to work with alternative samples such as tissue, DBS, or sputum.
