α-hydroxyAlprazolam has a detection window of 1-5 days and is the non-active metabolite of Xanax, Nivarem, Alprax, Xanor, and Alprazolam Intensol.
6-Acetylmorphine or 6-monoacetylmorphine has a detection window of 12-36 hrs. Presence of 6-acetylmorphine is consistent with the use of heroin and is further metabolized into morphine which may be the only metabolite present if use of heroin was more than 24-36 hrs prior to urine collection.
Alprazolam has a detection window of 1-4 days. Presence of Alprazolam is consistent with the use of Xanax, Nivarem, Alprax, Xanor, and Alprazolam Intensol. Alprazolam is metabolized into alpha-hydroxyAlprazolam
Amphetamine has a detection window is 1-3 days. Presence of amphetamine is consistent with the use of Adderall, biphetamine, Dexedrine, and Desoxyn.
Benzoylecgonine is a metabolite of cocaine with a detection window in urine of about 1 to 3 days after last ingestion for recreational users and for as long as 5 to 7 days for chronic or binge users.
Buprenorphine has a detection window of 1-2 days. Presence of oxycodone is consistent with use of Suboxone, Bunavail, Zubsolv, Subutex, or Butrans. Buprenorphine is metabolized into norbuprenorphine.
Carisoprodol has a detection window of 1-5 days. Presence of carisprodol is consistent with use of Soma or Vanadom. Carisoprodol is metabolized into meprobamate.
Chlorodiazepoxide has a detection window of 1-4 days. Presence of chlordiazepoxide is consistent with the use of Librium, Klopoxide, Libritabs, Mesural, Multam, Zetran, Novapan, Risolid, Silibrin, Sonimen, Tropium. Chlorodiazepoxide is metabolized into nordiazepam.
Clonazepam has a detection window of 3-10 days. Presence of clonazepam is consistent with the use of Klonopin, or Rivotril.
Cocaine has a detection window in urine for up to 1 day after last ingestion. Cocaine is metabolized into benzoylecgonine.
Codeine has a detection window of 1-3 days. Presence of codeine is consistent with use of Tylenol-3, Robitussin-AC, Phenflu, Maxiflu, Rolatuss, Calcidrine, Fioricet, Catabflu, Colrex, or a number of other combination of medications containing codeine. Codeine is metabolized into morphine, norcodeine and hydrocodone (minor).
Cotinine is the active metabolite of nicotine and has a detection window of 1 to 15 days. Heavy smokers must abstain for greater than two weeks before all accumulated nicotine and cotinine is eliminated.
Diazepam has a detection window of 2-7 days. Presence of diazepam is consistent with use of Valium, Valrelease, or Diastat. Diazepam is metabolized into nordiazepam (primary) and temazepam (minor).

Fentanyl has a detection window of 1-3 days. Presence of fentanyl is consistent with use of Duragesic, Lazanda, Abstral, Actiq, Fentora, Onsolis, or Subsys. Fentanyl is metabolized into norfentanyl.
Flurazepam has a detection window of about 1-2 days. Presence of flurazepam is consistent with the use of Dalmane, Flurazepam Hydrochloride, Dolmadorm.
Hydrocodone has a detection window of 1-3 days. Presence of hydrocodone is consistent with the use of Vicodin, Lortab, Hysingla, Anexsia, Panacet, or a number of other combinations of medications containing hydrocodone, or as an active metabolite of high doses of codeine. Hydrocodone is metabolized into dihydrocodeine and hydromorphone.
Hydromorphone has a detection window is 1-3 days. Presence of hydromorphone is consistent with use of Dilaudid or Exalgo or Palladone or due to metabolism of hydrocodone or high doses of morphine.
Lorazepam has a detection window of 1-3 days. Presence of lorazepam is consistent with the use of Ativan, Lorazepam, Temesta, and Loraz.
Methylenedioxyamphetamine (MDA) has a detection window of 1-3 days. Presence of MDA is consistent with use of Ecstasy.
Methylenedioxyethylamphetamine (MDEA or MDE) has a detection window of 1-3 days. Presence of MDEA is consistent with use of a psychoactive amphetamine-like drug.
Methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA) has a detection window of 1-3 days. Presence of MDMA is consistent with use of Ecstasy. MDMA is metabolized into methylenedioxyamphetamine (MDA).
Meperidine has a detection window of 1-3 days. Presence of meperidine is consistent with use of Demerol or Meperitab.

Methamphetamine has a detection window is 1-3 days. Presence of methamphetamine is consistent with the use of Desoxyn. Methamphetamine is metabolized into amphetamine.
Methylphenidate has a detection window is 1-2 days. Presence of methylphenidate is consistent with the use of Concerta, Daytrana CD, Metadate ER Methylin, Ritalin, Equasym XL, Quilivant XR. Methylphenidate is metabolized into ritalinic acid which is an inactive metabolite.
Morphine has a detection window of 1-3 days. Presence of morphine is consistent with the use of morphine-sulfate, MS-Contin, Duramorph, Astramorph, Roxanol or Avinza, or as the active metabolite of Tylenol-3, Robitussin-AC, Phenflu, Maxiflu, Rolatuss, Calcidrine, Fioricet, Catabflu, Colrex, or a number of other combination of medications containing codeine. Morphine is metabolized into morphine-3-ß-glucuronide, morphine-6-ß-glucuronide, normorphine and hydromorphone (minor).
Naloxone has a detection window of 1-2 days. Presence of naloxone is consistent with use of Suboxone, Bunavail, Zubsolv, Subutex, or Butrans. Buprenorphine is metabolized into norbuprenorphine.

Norfentanyl has a detection window of 1-4 days. Presence of norfentanyl is a non-active metabolite of fentanyl and is consistent with the use of Duragesic, Lazanda, Abstral, Actiq, Fentora, Onsolis, or Subsys.
Noroxycodone has a detection window of 1-3 days. Presence of noroxycodone, an inactive metabolite of oxycodone, is consistent with the use of OxyCONTIN, Oxyfast, Oxy IR, Oxecta, Roxicodone, Percocet, Endocet, Roxicet, Tylox, Targiniq ER, or a number of other combination of medications containing oxycodone.
Oxazepam has a detection window of 2-7 days. Presence of oxazepam is consistent with use of Serax, or due to metabolism of Librium, Klopoxide, Libritabs, Mesural, Multam, Zetran, Novapan, Risolid, Silibrin, Sonimen, Tropium, Methyloxazepam, Normission, Restoril, Valium, Valrelease, or Diastat.

Oxycodone is metabolized into noroxycodone and oxymorphone.

Presence of oxymorphone is consistent with the use of Opana or Opan ER, or as the active metabolite of OxyCONTIN, Oxyfast, Oxy IR, Oxecta, Roxicodone, Percocet, Endocet, Roxicet, Tylox, Targiniq ER, or a number of other combination of medications containing oxycodone. Oxymorphone is metabolized into noroxymorphone.
Phentermine has a detection window of 1-3 days. Presence of phentermine is consistent with use of Adipex-P, Suprenza, Lonamin, PhenCaps, and Obenix.
Tapentadol has a detection window of 1-5 days. Presence of tapentadol is consistent with use of Nucynta or Nucynta ER. Tapentadol is metabolized N-desmethyltapentadol.
Temazepam has a detection window of 1-4 days. Presence of temazepam is consistent with the use of Methyloxazepam, Normission, or Restoril or due to metabolism of Valium, Valrelease, or Diastat. Temazepam is metabolized into oxazepam.
9-Tetrahydrocannabinol carboxylic acid (THC Acid or THC) has a detection window of 1-3 days for naïve users and up to 30 days for chronic users. Presence of THC is consistent with use of marijuana, or by medications such as dronabinal, marinol, or nabilone.
Tramadol has a detection window of 1-5 days. Presence of tramadol is consistent with use of ConZip, FusePaq Synapryn, Rybix ODT, Ryzolt, Ultram, Ultram ER, or Ultracet.
