Upon request, our lab can work with you to develop custom quantitative or qualitative mass spectrometry-based assays to meet the needs of your project. Our primary focus/expertise is in quantitative LC-MS methods for small molecules in blood and urine. However, we have the capability to develop methods for types of analytes in a variety of matrices. Typical lead-time needed for a quantitative, fully validated LC-MS method is 3 to 6 months. However, cost and time requirements are dependent on the compound selected, availability and cost of standard materials, and can vary depending on the complexity of sample preparation needed.
